The Valley Health System is a High-Reliability Organization dedicated to safety, quality, and satisfaction, ensuring an outstanding patient and community experience.Position Summary:Candidate shall spend 70% of their time performing clinical responsibilities and 30% of their time performing administrative responsibilities as Director, VMG Palliative Care & Program Director Hospice and Palliative Care fellowship program. This position presents the opportunity to design, develop and operate a new training program as well as maintain a clinical practice at VHS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic excellence and be knowledgeable of ACGME policies and procedures. The Fellowship Program Director will be engaged in providing quality education in a clinical environment, serving diverse patients. Master’s degree in business, health services management, or public health preferred.
