Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation.Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.Join itump and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative solutions that empower entrepreneurs and small businesses.
