This role will work closely with BCG's Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice that leverages deep customer insight and a powerful arsenal of data, tools & analytics to inspire revolutionary thinking in all aspects of marketing, sales and pricing. BCG continues to expand its Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and experience increasing demand, particularly in the areas of B2B Sales. We are thrilled to expand our breadth and depth of expertise in this space, especially in Sales and Customer Success technology, CRM Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementation, and familiarity with B2B Sales and Customer Success best practices.We are currently looking for a Product Owner at the associate/senior level who is familiar operating with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud. Ideal candidates will have experience as a product owner delivering solutions in the areas pertaining to B2B Sales including Campaign to Cash, and Sales Enablement, Sales Automation / Customer Success via relevant Sales Technologies (e.g. CRM, Salesforce, etc.), BI, Analytic & Recommendation Technologies (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, CRM Analytics, Python), understanding of core B2B Sales Models and Digital Engagement Channels (e.g. Email, eCommerce, Virtual, etc.) and execution of all of these across highly cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Offers, Success etc.) are essential.In this role you will:Be the authority within a multi-disciplinary team to determine the optimal strategy to identify highest value use cases to unlock GTM across Marketing, Sales, and ServiceLead roadmap creation, strategy, execution, and optimization for clients around digital transformation with SFDC as a platformOwn multi-channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-serviceDefine, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated Salesforce technical use case focused on pilot to scale mapping to quantitative impactCollaborate with X and core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmapBe value oriented by defining and validating core KPIs that will be achieved through execution of the SFDC strategy and roadmap such as customer acquisition, retention, share of wallet, win rate, ROI etc to drive the businessBuild on BCG's differentiation by building truly unique capabilities around media, technology, customer journey, and Growth operating modelsBe agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunityWhat You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

You should have:2 - 6 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or functionStrategy and planning, plus hands on experience with Salesforce as well as other GTM tools like Marketo, Eloqua, etc.Expert knowledge of CRM adjacent toolsA proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakingsA passion for B2B sales, marketing, service, driving customer adoption, bringing products to market, and scaling digital products and servicesEntrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and companyAbility to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actionsPrevious sales, marketing, or service delivery experience focused on user acquisition, retention and other growth levers proliferating B2B facing digital products and servicesExpert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills requiredPrevious experience at a professional consulting company highly desiredMaster's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldFOR U.S. APPLICANTS:

The first-year base compensation range for the Associate Level is 129,600 - 144,000 & the Senior Level is $145,400 - $171,000.In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
