NoDuties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 3-5 Assistant Directors to recruit and enroll graduate and continuing education students.Read and evaluate application files in assigned schools/program areas and oversee reading volume and deadlines for direct reports.Support recruitment and admission of students for assigned schools/program areas.Develop and manage communication flow supporting enrollment objectives using Technolutions CRM (Slate).Plan recruitment events including information sessions, Open Houses, and orientations.Represent Loyola University Chicago at various events.Help train new team members.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Education and/or Work Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of related admissions experience.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and five to eight years work experience in higher education, marketing, or sales. Master’s degree preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.Certificates/Credentials/Licenses:
