Agoras Health seeks a Chief of Staff Intern to assist the executive team with daily operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This remote or location-based internship (Washington, DC, and Minneapolis) offers a stipend and potential for full-time employment.We are seeking a driven Chief of Staff Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting senior management in strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and leadership.Responsibilities:
Support the Chief Operating Officer and executive team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and operational efficiencies.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments.Coordinate and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions to drive progress on key initiatives.Help monitor and track progress on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Interest in healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to the transformation of healthcare staffing solutions.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or interest in healthcare technology solutions and/or recruitment processes is encouraged.Compensation and Benefits:
This internship is unpaid. However, Agoras Health is committed to offering a bonus (stipend) based on tenure and performance during the internship period.Hands-on experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.Mentorship from experienced executives and exposure to strategic decision-making processes.Potential for a transition into a full-time paid position based on performance and company needs.Opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that impact healthcare and recruitment sectors.Application Process:
