Paragon Ophthalmology is a well-established private practice with an exceptional reputation in southwest Michigan that is seeking an extraordinary BC/BE comprehensive ophthalmologist to replace a physician who is retiring in 2023. The new physician will be joining 2 full-time MDs and 2 ODs and can expect to perform 350+ cataract surgeries per year and be busy immediately. Attractive home-work life balance with 1:8 call. There is the potential for partnership after one year for the right candidate.Our group is an independent practice and is part of a larger physician-led multi-specialty group with an attractive benefit package, including group health, dental and malpractice. 401(k) with generous profit-sharing plan becomes available in the second year.
