Yours included.Under direct supervision, coordinates all activities and functions of the Coronary Artery Program to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.The Program Coordinator I shall be responsible for:

Coordinating activities and daily operations of a program.Preparing or assisting in preparing proposals for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.Conferring with staff and others to provide technical advice, problem-solving assistance, and answering questions about the program and its goals. Referring inquiries to others as needed.Preparing or assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.Reviewing applications or other program documents in conjunction with the supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to the program.Assisting in the coordination of recruitment efforts.Drafting written communication and promotional literature.Assisting in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.Interacting and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p,

HybridTo qualify, you must have:

Associate's Degree.
