here .By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice (and working closely with our Private Equity practice) you will serve as a trusted partner to our premier PE-backed clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our PE-backed clients solve today's challenges and drive value creation. As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, business development/account management, leading teams and developing junior team members, as well as serving as a member of CrossCountry’s leadership team. Manage multi-faceted projects across the project lifecycle from current state evaluation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology (financial systems) and data dimensions; interacting directly with Portfolio Company CFOs and Controllers, Operating Partners, Portfolio Support teams, Deal Teams, and our Private Equity practice.Play a key role in identifying and assessing business obstacles within the Finance and Accounting functions, and delivering end-to-end transformation within the Office of CFO – strategy, process, organization design and structure, data and technology transformation.Lead client engagements and facilitate workshops with client groups and key stakeholders to set strategic vision for the future, understand current gaps, and build a roadmap of prioritized strategic initiatives to accelerate time to value.Execute engagements utilizing agile principles – scrums, sprints, kanban, etc.Assist portfolio companies with executing scalable ‘buy-and-build’ strategies by developing and implementing repeatable integration playbooks.Conduct thorough reviews of clients' current processes and defining future state processes.Leverage knowledge of leading business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Planning and Close, etc.) and the cross-functional dependency on the business and other functional teams (CIO) needed to implement leading practices and provide clients with insightful, value-add perspective on leading market practices.Leverage knowledge of leading finance tools, automation, data & analytics and cutting-edge solutions to address client needs.Support various Business Transformation projects that could encompass system strategy and selection, process improvement, operations performance enhancement, change management, program and project management, data analytics, and business analysis.Provide senior account and project-level leadership that ensures exceptional delivery quality, exceeds client expectations, nurtures client relationships, and creates expansion opportunities to pull-through other CrossCountry solutions and service lines to deliver full-scale transformation services.Deliver high-quality consulting services by taking personal ownership of client engagements, ensuring that deliverables are practical and impactful.Create thought leadership on the art of the possible and future-ready principles for transformation.Oversee teams and individuals, monitor and guide performance in alignment with objectives, and promptly address issues, risks, and conflicts as they arise.Drive the strategic direction of the practice by actively monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and creating new services and solutions that meet market needs.Actively contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts, participating in attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent who embody our core values.Lead business development efforts and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities.What You'll Bring:

10+ years’ experience in professional services preferred.Strong interpersonal skills / high EQ to rely on when interacting and communicating with others.Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies.Experience leading and solving end-to-end transformation services (people, process, technology).Extensive experience in working with transactions and related integration activities.Experience selling to and delivering for senior executive client leaders (e.g., Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, CFO, Controller).Understanding of end-to-end Office of CFO (FP&A, Accounting, etc.).Experience with agile methodologies.Experience with design thinking techniques that prioritize the user experience/end user of finance solutions.Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve complex and multifaceted issues.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related area of study from an accredited university.Big 4 or similar consulting experience (MBB, Accenture).MBA, CPA, CFA, CSM a plus.#LI-Hybrid#LI-OC1For applicants located in New York, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity.
