Description:
LORA PR is seeking a freelancer or full-time Public Relations professional with experience in the real estate and lifestyle world, based in South Florida (Miami to Palm Beach county). You will support and lead daily client relations, PR planning, pitches, and media placements focusing on residential and commercial real estate. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or personal interest in real estate, fashion, architecture, and can grow into additional areas of focus for the company. Based in the United States, with offices in USA (Miami - New York) and Cyprus, LORA PR focuses on food & beverage, hospitality & tourism, real estate & development, non-profit, celebrities & events, fashion & accessories, home & design, law, technology, and lifestyle. We are about the value of relationships and our clients' needs, which each have their individual approach.- Compensation (dependent on freelance or full-time)- Start date May 1
Key Responsibilities:
PR Planning: Develop and implement strategies for high-profile real estate accounts (residential and commercial).Media Relations: Establish and build relationships with local and national media outlets.Writing: Write press releases, fact sheets, interview talking points, quotes, and communications strategies.Strategic Pitching: Craft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client news, launches, activities, partnerships, and activations.Creativity: Recommend creative partnerships and ideations (brands, events, charities, organizations, etc.) that are out of the box to build further awareness that can also lead to press opportunities.Media Monitoring & Digital Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of traditional media and social media (digital) landscape, identifying trends and news that align with our clients' goals.Organizational Skills: Keep our dynamic team and clients on track with your exceptional organization and task management abilities (monitor and update editorial grids and press clips, support editorial recaps, update U.S. national and regional key dates and holidays, etc.).Requirements:
At least 2 years of full-time agency or consulting experience in PR (luxury real estate field preferred).Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Passion for relationship building, innovation, and creative communications (both digitally and within the traditional media landscape).Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task.Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.Experience pitching the media and demonstrated success in securing coverage for clients with creative writing experience.Technical Proficiency in Muck Rack, Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel specifically).Apply Now:
