Admission to practice in California is mandatory.Duties and Responsibilities

Represent clients in bankruptcy cases, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13.Handle complex restructuring matters, both in-court and out-of-court.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on bankruptcy and restructuring issues.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, briefs, and other court filings.Negotiate and draft restructuring plans and related agreements.Advise clients on the implications of bankruptcy and restructuring strategies.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.Attend court hearings, trials, and meetings with clients and other stakeholders.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff as needed.Stay current on relevant bankruptcy and restructuring laws, regulations, and best practices.Requirements

4-6 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law.Proven experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.Admission to practice law in California.Strong academic background.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload and work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
