Tel: 0377280058Job Description:Conveyancing: Developer’s Sale & Purchase Agreement, Sub-Sale & Purchase Agreement, Bank Loan Documentations, Perfection of Transfer & Charge, Discharge of Charge and so on.Non-Contentious Court Matters: Probate, Grant of Letter of Administration, Joint Divorce and Order for Sale.Miscellaneous: Will-writing, Drafting of various commercial agreements and Advisory works to Developer, Banks & corporate client.Qualifications and Requirements:Chambering Student & Junior Conveyancing Lawyer: Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu. Being able to read & write Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese etc.) will be an added advantage. Must possess own transport. Able to use Microsoft Words & Excel & Outlook.Junior Clerk: SPM Qualifications. Able to use Microsoft Words & Excel & Outlook. Able to read & write English & Bahasa Melayu. Willing to learn & pick up from mistakes. Guidance will be provided by lawyer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with a little background in office work will be an added advantage.Newly-called-to-the-Bar lawyers (with or without conveyancing background) are encouraged to apply.Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Various Allowances* + Yearly Increment + Yearly Bonus.*depending on position / rankingLong term prospect with high chances of promotion to consistent performers.Overview of Organisation:
