The primary responsibility of the role is to provide Financial planning reporting and analysis support to the US Generics Organization including preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budget and long range plans and reporting actuals variances vs forecasts including business drivers.The position will also support financial planning for new products launches, portfolio profitability review and optimization, and, manufacturing and supply chain financial consultation for the US Generics business.Location:

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) based in our Parsippany, NJ office.How you’ll spend your day

Support US Generics by developing quarterly, annual and long range financial forecasts and assess business drivers as well as opportunities and risks in the forecast; Communicate significant assumptions to senior management; and analyze actual results compared to forecast and plan.Support forecasts and planning for New Product Launches (NPL) and work closely with the Commercial Forecasting team to identify key forecast parameters as well as risk and opportunities and communicate significant assumptions to senior management.Lead financial analyses in support of US Generics commercial, manufacturing and supply chain decisions with emphasis on maximizing commercial value while reducing write-off risks and working capital requirements.Provide Profitability review for Generics portfolio and work with Commercial, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams on projects to identify levers to help improve portfolio profitability.Analyze and communicate trends and other financial/operational relationships that may impact future financial performance.Provide ongoing Systems related support to Generics area including ensuring accuracy of financial data in the systems, loading forecasts and plans and checking the accuracy of the costing information.Deliver financial presentations to key members of the leadership team.Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.Embrace additional ad hoc assignments, showcasing your agility and commitment to delivering exceptional results as needed.Your experience and qualifications

EducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting;Preferred: CPA or MBA.Experience Required:Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis role, preferably in various capacities or rotations in a pharmaceutical environment.Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning Reporting and analysis in a complex environment for a portfolio of products with excellent knowledge of financial accounting and systems including advanced Excel experience.Experience Preferred:Taking ownership of business processes, systems and reports and making them accurate and high value add for business customers and partners.Experience with Teva’s procedures and internal financial systems.Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.Exceptional ability to analyze and understand large scale and cross functional information.Strong analytical, financial analysis and critical thinking skills.Ability to work with large amounts of data.Ability to work with individuals at various levels of the organization in a collaborative manner.Flexibility in assuming new responsibilities as business needs evolve.Enjoy a more rewarding choice
