7/29/24Job Description:We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a hybrid remote Senior Proposal Manager position to focus on supporting opportunities for a variety of EA's service lines in state and local markets.What you will do:Analyze the requirements of assigned state and local pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, short-list presentations, etc.) across all EA service lines.Prepare detailed proposals including outlines using solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria and resumes and project descriptions.Develop and manage proposal schedule and deadlines.Manage and prepare proposal submittal documents from start to finish.Facilitate development of win themes and ensure incorporation throughout submittal.Support subcontractors, resume, and project selection using an understanding of scope requirements.Organize, manage, and participate in proposal color reviews, proposal graphics including covers, diagrams, organizational charts, maps, infographics, icons, etc.Conduct thorough reviews of proposal content to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with client needs and evaluation criteria.Identify and address potential risks and challenges associated with proposals.Learn EA systems and services to efficiently generate and analyze reports to aid in submission development.Represent EA occasionally at conferences of varying service line focus and geographical region to network, market capabilities, and provide feedback to technical teams.Note:

May require occasional travel and prefer to live near an EA office.What you will need:BA or BS in environmental, communications, marketing, or related discipline is desired.Three years minimum of experience performing proposal management for environmental or engineering firms is desired.Knowledge of State and Local market sector is preferred.Professional certification in proposal management (e.g., APMP Certification) is a plus.Experience in coordinating, preparing, and completing standard government format and custom proposals.Proficiency with creative marketing materials.Willingness to work in non-standard business hours occasionally as needed.Ability to collaborate with technical staff and external partners.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and logistical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Experience with using Adobe Acrobat, customer relationship management software and/or proposal management software (e.g., Deltek, Unanet, or similar tools), and In-Design is a plus.Demonstrate ability to work both independently and lead a proposal team of diverse skills (technical, legal, operational, contractual).What We Offer:401k with Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Competitive SalaryLow deductible health coverage for you and your family through Medical, Dental and Vision plansGenerous paid-time-off policyPaid volunteer timeTuition reimbursementProfessional DevelopmentHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee wellness programEA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC
