The Associate Relations Analyst position is responsible for leading investigations to resolve basic associate complaints or concerns in collaboration with HR management. This position reviews the daily Operations associate survey related to work environment and identifies associate relations issues in the survey. The Associate Relations Analyst contacts the associate to confirm their response and logs the issues into the EthicsPoint database. This position pursues the investigation to resolve less complex complaints or concerns, referring more complex issues to HR management.You’ll get a chance to:Respond to and lead the investigation to resolve basic associate complaints and concerns, collaborating and consulting more complex issues with HR management.Conduct and complete the investigation thoroughly and in a timely manner.Effectively communicate and collaborate with HR management on the status of investigations and remedial actions.Effectively plan and document the investigation.Maintain accurate records in compliance with company procedures and recommend actions to be taken.Document findings into the EthicsPoint database.Accurately assess risk and liability in each case management.Resolve associate relations concerns following federal and state laws and company policies through effective interaction with associates, Operations leaders, and HR management.Ensure consistency with company policies.Review the daily Operations associate survey with a focus on the work environment question and identify issues raised in the survey using probing questions and risk assessment skills.Effectively manage the call log and follow up in a timely manner.Participate in special projects, training, or other assignments as required.How we reward you:401K with company matchYearly bonus opportunity*Full medical, dental, and vision insurance*On-site fitness center, biometric screen, and flu shot clinicDiscounts at Panda restaurants, theme parks, and gym membershipsPaid time off starting at 15 days with 7 federal holidays*Continuous education assistance and scholarships*Income protection including Disability, Life, and AD&D insurance**Benefits available for eligible permanent full-time associatesYour background and experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; recruiting experience preferredMinimum three years of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environmentMust be available for alternative work week schedules, including weekends and non-business hoursSuccessful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Panda Strong since 1983Founded in Glendale, California, we are now the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in America. P2: $33.00 - $46.50 / Hour* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
