The Sr. Marketing Representative is well-rounded with marketing technology skills, creative, someone who thinks of new and interesting ways to grab attention, able to work autonomously, possess critical thinking skills to solve problems, effective communication skills, self-motivated to achieve the goals of the team, a collaborative nature to work with internal teams, and an urgency to complete projects within deadlines. This position is designed for someone who wants to take ownership and pride in helping expand our reach and sales for our PTC products and services.Must have 5 years of professional Marketing experience (not including college projects)Department

Minneapolis, MNResponsibilities

Collaboratively work with the Business Unit and/or Corporate Marketing leadership to design and deliver transformative marketing automation campaigns annually, ensuring they align seamlessly with EAC’s strategic business goals and within budget.Create and collaborate with multiple teams to provide communication, promotions, and sales tools for direct and channel sales activities, national branding presence, along with additional promotional materials including marketing deliverables for both customers and prospects.Design and implement innovative, goal-driven marketing automation campaigns that enhance lead nurturing across channels such as email, social media, and web while promoting best practices for optimal business unit success.Consistently analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to ensure ongoing business unit success.Create and manage the marketing story of the business unit through graphics and illustrative methods.Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, managing sales and marketing software tools.Other duties as assigned as the needs dictate.Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in channel marketing and/or partner sales support.1-2 years of experience in NetSuite, MS Office, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WordPress preferred.5 years of experience overall in the Marketing field.Prefer a candidate with experience and understanding of both direct sales and multiple distribution channel businesses.Must have a strong understanding of marketing strategies.Must have strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign performance data.Must be able to attend marketing events which may include evenings and/or weekends.Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Must have the ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer, departmental, and company goals.Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output.Physical Abilities

Light sedentary office work.Ability to travel to sites throughout North America as needed.Some overnight travel may be required.NOTE:
