Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Partnerships, this candidate will be part of a dynamic Co-Brand team, charged with expanding our Co-Brand card portfolio to drive cardmember loyalty and engagement. In this role, the Manager, Co-Brand Customer Marketing will collaborate with internal and external partners to lead cardmember activation, spend, and retention strategic initiatives. In addition, the candidate will manage new co-brand card offers and promotions to grow the portfolio.What you'll do

Create marketing strategy and roadmap to grow existing cardmember spend, activation, engagement, and retention.Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deploy marketing campaigns across the WH&R digital ecosystem (e.g., email, website); lead experiential events and activations to deliver unique value to cardmembers.Work with external partners to influence partner-deployed marketing campaigns and campaign measurement.Assist with the development of new cardmember offers and promotions, including supporting business development with external partners.Partner with WR Servicing on cardmember-facing marketing and FAQs; manage servicing issues and escalations.Manage partner marketing funds to ensure optimal allocation and usage.You'll be successful if you have
