We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.The LeanTaaS Demand Generation team is looking for a skilled strategic digital marketer who is dynamic, creative, and has a proven track record of executing effective programs to hit engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals. This role will manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, spearhead cross-sell initiatives, and website content support.The ideal candidate is a principled learner, striving for self-sufficiency while enjoying teamwork; a hands-on, strategic thinker with attention to detail, finding joy in contributing to solutions.WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own demand generation campaigns for iQueue for Infusion Centers team; generate qualified leads, driving higher conversion, and pipeline creation, including managing campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking across various channels.Support the event manager in flawless event execution, including booth collateral, field marketing dinners, pre and post show event emails, and coordinating with the business development team for lead follow up.Identify and cultivate partnerships with new vendors to enhance our demand generation efforts and expand reach to new target prospects.Develop and execute comprehensive outbound multi-touch email marketing programs to engage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.Write, build, and optimize email copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation lists for 3 business units (Infusion Centers, Operating Rooms, and Inpatient Flow).Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop and execute cross-sell initiatives and customer marketing programs to maximize effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.Support website content updates, ensuring that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines and user experience; collaborate with internal teams to create and update website content as needed.WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, or equivalent years of related experience.5+ years B2B experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and a focus on digital/growth marketing.Proven track record of driving higher conversion rates and pipeline growth through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation - specifically Marketo AND Pardot/Hubspot, Google products (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ads).Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical thinking – you like working with data, enjoy measuring campaigns, love to optimize, and create Salesforce reports with ease.Being a self-starter – you spot opportunities to make things better and you take ownership.Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
