Anser Advisory is looking for a
MAC Analyst
to join their team.This position will provide support in the MAC team under the Strategic Planning and Space division of CRE.Job Duties
Primary responsibilities include initiating and processing work space for new employees, onboarding of new employees, internal employee moves (10 or less), furniture modification requests, and offboarding of existing employees. Identifying and validating the availability, occupancy, and furnishings of workstations while assuring requests comply with CRE Standards and policies.This position will work closely with Space and Occupancy Planners, Project Managers, and furniture/move vendors on a regular basis to initiate and process these tasks, including maintaining the accuracy of Archibus, CRE's occupancy management platform.Qualifications
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an internal CRE environment, particularly in onboarding, moves, adds, and changes.Bachelor's degree or certification in related real estate or strategic planning and project management specialty fields.Certifications or memberships from one of the following professional organizations: PMI, BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet Global.
