at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.Your New RoleWill see you working directly with a Partner on property sales and purchases, Put and Call options and nomination agreements, off-the-plan sales and purchases, commercial leasing, development agreements and novations, assignments and government property transactions (on the panels of a number of local councils).Develop relationships with clients and demonstrate an ability to understand the commercial drivers of their businesses, and supervise junior lawyers.Other than the most important one being a clear and direct path to partnership, they are varied and many –
mid-tier salary; flexible work arrangements ; reimbursement for seminars; CLE program; annual firm events;
birthday leave ; study leave (job related or as agreed);
5 weeks AL (2 years PAE and upwards) ; flu vaccination; laptop for home; dress for your day; buddy program;
