Rocky Hock Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship to lead, disciple, and grow an already thriving music ministry and discipleship. We are searching for a pastor whose heart’s desire is to shepherd our congregation into a state of worship and to lead the church into making disciples. We are a conservative, mission-minded Southern Baptist church searching for the man God has chosen to lead these two programs.Highlights of the Church/Position:Financially sound church with an active body and supportive community.Competitive salary with added annuity, vacation, cell phone/mileage reimbursement, etc.State-of-the-art facilities with sound and video technologies, including live-stream automated cameras.The Associate Pastor exists to increase the capacity of High Point Church to care for Jesus’ sheep gathered at this local church. We are searching for a full-time Associate Pastor with a shepherd’s heart who will guide and oversee our discipleship efforts.
