Special Judicial Magistrate (Second Class)Essential Qualification and Experience:Who has held a post in the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Services not below the rank of Superintendent of District Court or Senior Civil Judge or Junior Civil Judge’s Court and having a law degree; ORWho has held a post of Section officer and above in the Telangana High Court Services and having a law degree; ORA non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than five years and who is above 45 years of age should file a Certificate of voluntary suspension of practice issued by the Bar Council of state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana; ORAny retired Gazetted officer possessing a law degree OR who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission/ Telangana Public Service Commission and who has exercised magisterial powers during his tenure of service for not less than three years.How to apply?Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format to The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhadradri Kothagudem on or before 16.04.2024.
