As a Regional Manager, Administrative Services your responsibilities will include:

Lead strategic projects in alignment with our purpose:
• Lead strategic initiatives within the Administrative Services Team to support our purpose in alignment with Firm Wide and Business Unit priorities. This will require a high level or collaboration with the broader Administration Leadership team (National Senior Manager, Regional Managers, and Managers) to ensure we act as one cohesive team, to drive projects forward and enable change across the Administrative Team.
• Participate in the development of strategy for the National Administrative Team and communicate, cascade, and implement strategy within respective Region or Team.
• In consultation and coordination with the National Senior Manager, Administrative Services, work to identify needs and implement changes related to the business unit and/or service lines within designated Business Units or segments.
• Bring insights from the Region and/or specified BU to represent in cross functional projects and firm wide initiatives (GTWay, IT Changes, P&C Projects, etc.).
• Working in collaboration with the Business Operations teams (Acquisitions & Integrations) to support successful and seamless integration of new Administrative Colleagues from integrating firms.
• Take the lead on process documentation and the Administrative Learning to Thrive pathway. This will require a high level of collaboration with the L&D team and Administrative Leaders, to develop and curate learning resources.
• Coordination and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures.

Leading and coaching colleagues:
• Coach and lead specific colleagues, teams, or regions within the Administrative Services Team. This may be Specific Business Units, segments, or colleagues within the Business Units.
• This includes day-to-day coaching, performance management, recruiting and onboarding of assigned coachees of People Managers and Coachees.
• Identifying training needs for coachees, and support coachees in the development of their annual goals in alignment with Firm Strategy.
• Provide ongoing and regular feedback to coachees to support their professional growth.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Think you've got what it takes to be a Regional Manager, Administrative Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:
• Post-secondary education in business administration, administrative services, or another relevant field
• Minimum of five years' work experience in relevant responsibilities
• Minimum of three years' work experience leading and coaching large teams
• Strong coaching skills and enthusiastic about support coachees in their growth and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm
• Ability to provide a balanced, practical approach to routine and complex issues
• Eager to make a difference and has an infectious can-do attitude
• Able to create the environment for growth and generate energy to inspire and lead
