ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Wear Required PPEOnly perform operations you have been trained onMatch Traveler to Part Type, Job#, and Serial #Confirm Parts have previous operations sign-offPerform additional related duties as assigned.Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:High school diploma of general education degree (GED).Some cleanroom guideline knowledge preferred.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to perform basic math.Ability to carry out instructions furnished in writing or verbally.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to pay close attention to details of various processes.Ability to perform daily tasks with little to no supervision.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS WHILE PERFORMING THE JOB:Standing for long periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, use hands to finger, handle, or feel parts; reach with hands and arms; and talk and/or hear instructions.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Ability to differentiate shades and color to identify defects.Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading dial and digital gages, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of operations.Ability to handle delicate parts.
