We are currently hiring for
ACCOUNT MANAGER
in
Elgin, IL.
What will you do as an ACCOUNT MANAGER position?
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing client inquires, orders, and feedback- Develop and successfully oversee strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients- Communicate daily customer requirements, expedites and change order requests in timely fashion, according to client needs and objectives- Directly dealing with customers on company's behalf
Business Development:
- Support internal reporting and data requests to management and quality control teams- Coordinate and lead all customer status calls & meetings- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and maximize satisfaction
- Oversee customer service department and process implementation- Address and resolve any client complaints, needs & issues promptly and effectively- Ensure contracts meet all legal requirement, company objectives and production capabilitiesWho qualifies for the ACCOUNT MANAGER position?
3- 5 years of experience in account manager or a related role in the manufacturing or production industryStrong knowledge of international shipping requirementsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 and ISO 13485:2016 or other quality management system preferredExcellent communication skills and adaptability to work with cross-functional teamsStrongly preferred Aerospace customer experienceWhat hours will the ACCOUNT MANAGER work?
Monday - Friday, in manufacturing office environment1 st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pmTemp to hireHow much will you earn as an ACCOUNT MANAGER?
