Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the US to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets, develop long-term partnerships, and contribute significantly to our company's success. If you have a deep understanding of sales dynamics, excel in relationship building, and are motivated to achieve high-impact results, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Adherence: Follow the established Sales Playbook and Sales Process to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the sales journey.Pipeline Management: Manage your individual sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and tracking progress to maximize deal closures.Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to build relationships, understand their needs, and position Optimum7's products and services as the ideal solutions.Proposal Creation: Develop and send proposals that align with client needs, budgets, and timelines, and follow up to ensure prompt responses.Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, Zoom meetings, and other channels to engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and other departments to create and execute lead-generation campaigns that align with sales strategies.Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to continuously refine sales approaches.Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets to Sales Management.Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a BDR or similar role within a sales-driven organization.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.What We Value at Optimum7
