Position:
Carpenter - Residential Construction
A leading Residential Construction company is looking to add a Carpenter onto their team! If you have a passion for high-quality craftsmanship and leadership, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:Lead and Participate:
Engage in carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom finishes.Maintain Quality:
Demonstrate advanced carpentry skills to ensure top-notch craftsmanship throughout the project.Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues that arise during construction.Supervise and Mentor:
Lead a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback for efficient performance.Quality Control:
Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.Safety Enforcement:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.Stay Updated:
Keep current with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to residential construction.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction.Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in residential carpentry.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Additional Information:
