Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. To provide administrative support for Group Sales Managers and other sales staff members. The Group Sales Coordinator has strong organization and communication skills, is self-motivated and can prioritize effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Group Sales Team Support
Manage and prepare resort service contracts on behalf of all Sales ManagersSupport initial and ongoing contact with clients to secure businessAssist in prospecting and company research to support collective sales effortsRelationship Management
Coordinate and execute Resort Services Winter contractsContracts may include group lift tickets, private hosts and instructors, race hill, first tracks, ski with a champion, and other on and off-site tasks which could require skiing to location on the resortAdministrative Support & Database Management
Support all group lift tickets fulfillment and printing via RTPManage accounts and bookings within Delphi/SalesforceVerify Resort Services Winter product availability and fulfill booking requestsParticipate in Group Sales team training as directed and requiredOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organization and communication skillsPrevious travel, hospitality and/or ski industry sales experience preferredExperience with Salesforce, Delphi, Maestro, MS Office, Teams & RTPMust be available for a varied work schedule including weekends, and additional hours and days as workload dictatesThis position requires work to be done in person and onsite in Park City, UTDATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

Pay: $22.00 per hour
