Description

Corteva is seeking talented, business-minded college students to gain experience in the rapidly changing worlds of global supply chain management and procurement within the agricultural industry. This 10-12 week internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly changing world of global supply chains by implementing supply chain and supply management best practices, driving competitive advantage with our suppliers of materials and services, optimizing distribution networks, and learning about the Corteva Agriscience Integrated Business Model.

What You'll Do:

Work in a dynamic team environment that leverages the resources of our large organization.Develop an understanding of Corteva's internal global procurement and logistics processes.Gain exposure to both the domestic and international aspects of Corteva's global procurement networksParticipate in work-specific training and development.Work with experienced supply chain or global procurement and logistics professionals in the performance of responsibilities.Develop an understanding of Corteva strategic business units, functions and operations, our product offerings and how materials and service requirements and issues are managed.Qualifications

What You'll Bring:• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations Management, Engineering/Sciences, Business, or a related field. Candidates must be enrolled in classes the semester following their internship with CortevaMust be able to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the duration of the internshipMust be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10-12 weeks during the timeframe of internship (typically May to August)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational and analytical abilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSalary Range

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $32.50 hourly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
