We are an established Association Management Company that manages over 60 condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the Portland Metro area and beyond. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Association Management team.

Salary, Non-Exempt

SHIFT:

Days – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch break between 12:00 and 1:00) Monday through Friday

Comprehensive Benefits package that includes:Competitive hourly/salary rateMedical/dental/vision/life insuranceFlexible spending accounts – Cafeteria 125 PlanLong Term DisabilityVoluntary Accident/Critical Illness plans & the option to purchase of additional life insurance if so desiredAccrued personal days – 20 days per year401k with a company matchMinimum Job Requirements:Two (2) years administrative, secretarial or clerical experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)Regular and on-time attendanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceInternet literateAbility to learn processes and procedures quicklyCapable of working in a fluid environment with a can-do attitudeEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by regional managers and supervisorManage the entire abandonment process from start to finish for properties in your portfolioProcess rent increases annuallyMail resident bills monthlyBe able to process rent payments received at the corporate officeTrain and be a resource for community managersMaintain constant correspondence between regional managers and community managersCover the front desk when the receptionist is absent – includes processing and tracking applicationsProcess notices including 30 day, 72 hour, etc.File FED’s and pull DMV recordsComplete community newsletters and miscellaneous fliersOrchestrate Quarterly Manager Meetings by fine tuning the agenda and inviting attendeesComplete assigned tasks on community onboarding and offboarding checklists· Complete assigned tasks on employee onboarding and offboarding checklistsMaintain website by keeping information currentCreate and update proceduresUpdate certain registrations for communitiesQualifications:
