Sales Manager
to join their growing team in Cleveland, Ohio.
This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales leader to leverage their business development acumen, along with their passion for recruiting, coaching, and sales management, in a lucrative commercial real estate (CRE) environment.
The
Sales Manager
is the face of the business line in the market, responsible
for generating new business through outbound prospecting and networking, and building relationships face-to-face. The ideal candidate is a driven "hunter" of new business and talent, and "farmer" of long term relationships - they possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and are detail-oriented.
The Cleveland office is highly collaborative, and back to working in-house full-time.
A day in the life of the successful
Sales Manager
includes, but is not limited to:
Recruiting, training, and developing new Sales team membersLeading, mentoring, and coaching a Sales team in Cleveland, OhioGiving ongoing advice and support to help the sales team grow professionallyDeveloping action plans for each Sales Representative with quantifiable goals and objectivesConducting weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales RepresentativesCommunicating effectively with Company leadership to develop goals and strategiesIdentifying opportunities and influencing key improvements in sales management practicesRequirements
The ideal
Sales Manager
candidate possesses the following skills & experience:
7-10+ years of successful sales management experience, ideally within CREPersuasive written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal relationship building skills; capable of creating and fostering long-term client relationshipsIntrinsically self-motivated, capable of inspiring, coaching, and leading others
