isresponsible for greeting guests as they enter the dealership. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused.

Job Responsibilities:
Greeting guests as they enter the dealership and provide best-in-class customer service to guests and employees alike
Assist with directing guests
Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system.
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold.
Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance.
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
