As the only Adult Level 1 Trauma Center in Arkansas and the states leading tertiary care referral center, we provide a dynamic and supportive environment for both personal and professional growth.Why Choose Us?
Premier CV ICU Experience : Work in a state-of-the-art 24-bed CV ICU, supported by a team of 6 experienced anesthesiologists and 55 dedicated anesthesiology residents who rotate through the unit. Focus on what you loveno general or OB call required.Preferred, Not Required : While fellowship training in critical care or cardiology is highly valued, its not mandatory. Experience or interest in ECMO is a plus, but also not a deal-breaker.
