As a EWM Warehouse Support Engineer, responsible for
•Inventory management system for all warehouse areas.
•Manages Inbound, Internal Warehouse, Production Supply and Outbound warehouse business processes.
•Coordinates flow of materials throughout the site.
•Experience in EWM - System Integrations with Warehouse Control Systems, Manufacturing Execution System, Dematic AGV Scheduler - Automation Integration Layer
•User support for navigation and system use
•Issue Resolution and Escalation
•Incident Volume Management
•Incident Management System
•Knowledge Base Development
•Monitoring the WMS Integration Layer with other systems
•Monitoring System Performance
•Training Materials Development
•dherence to SLAs and Procedures
•Report metrics
•Security Administration
•System Configuration and adjustments Support
•Problem Management
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
