TEKsystems is now hiring for a Patient Service Representative with on of CT's Healthcare systems for their well known Cancer center.*Description:*SHIFT: Mon - Friday, 8:30 - 5pm, 7 1/2 hours day.This is a non patient facing role. Medical Secretary taking 60-70 calls per day from patients calling into the teams Cancer Center. Calls will be from patients looking to schedule appointments, questions for doctors/nurses, etc. Secretary will triage calls to correct provider and uphold a high degree of customer service with each cancer patient. REALLY prefers someone with Epic experience. NEED to have at least 1 year of medical office customer service experience.PARKING: Need to pay. $200 per month in the nice garage close to the office.
