E-Commerce Assistant

As an E-commerce assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our online store. Your responsibilities will include creating product listings, managing the online store's functionality, and resolving any issues that arise. You'll work alongside our E-Commerce/marketing manager to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Product Listings: Create and manage product listings for online store, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Online Store Management: Assist in maintaining the website and troubleshoot any issuesDigital Marketing Support: Collaborate on digital marketing strategies and assist in content productionCustomer Experience: Help ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for our customersSEO: Apply basic SEO techniques to improve product visibility and searh rankings.RequirementsWorking knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopE-Commerce knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, specifically BigCommerceDigital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content productionAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasksBasic SEO: Understanding of basic SEO principles and practicesCommunication Skills: Good Written communications skills to effectively handle tasks and customer interactionsTechnical Skills: Working Knowledge of Excel, Adobe Suite, and Word.Relevant SkillsDigital MarketingDigital Content ProductionBigCommerce E Commerce PlatformProduct ListingBenefitsCompetitive pay ($15.00 an hour) Supportive Environment, Work with a dynamic team and gain hands on experience in online sales and digital marketing.
