Job SummaryThe Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building all the brands of the company and thus leads and manages the social media and influencer marketing consistent with the Marketing Department’s strategic projects and company’s business objectives.This job role will be responsible for optimizing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), executing digital marketing activities, managing the brand/s’ presence on social platforms, and developing an evergreen influencer strategy to support all brands. The role includes leading and recommending new and creative growth strategies through social media and influencer marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed timely, measuring the effectiveness of all campaigns, and assessing against goals of return on investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires staying ahead of relevant social media best practices and emerging trends.Essential FunctionsSocial Media (Organic)

Lead the development and execution of social media strategies in partnership with creative agencies on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.Drive alignment meetings with Brand teams, influencers, and creative agencies to conceptualize and create engaging/shareable campaign content.Manage asset requests for social content and coordinate photo shoots with creative agencies, restaurants, and events.Manage the editorial strategy, process, and execution, ensuring quality assurance of photos, videos, and copy to meet brand and editorial standards.Oversee Community Management for all digital channels in collaboration with Customer Service and Operations teams.Manage content calendars, reporting, optimization, and tracking metrics for all brands.Reinforce understanding of social media marketing landscape, tools, and innovations.Influencer Marketing

Manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns on social media from start to finish.Act as the primary point of contact for influencer campaigns with creative and PR agencies.Manage influencer and content creator budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor rate cards against budget forecasts.Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs to provide insights to stakeholders.Build, optimize, and scale new influencer programs.Analytics Reporting

Drive weekly/monthly social media and influencer reporting.Manage social media and influencer reporting processes with cross-functional partners.Lead the organization in refining and evolving campaign reporting.Champion the Marketing team’s understanding of social media and influencer campaign performance.Act as an internal consultant to generate analytical insights.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation

At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience

At least 5-6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in manufacturing and/or foodservice industry.1-3 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry preferred.Strong understanding of pop culture and trends on social media platforms.Experience with social media management/listening tools preferred.Proven track record of managing successful social media and influencer campaigns.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in social media and marketing analytics.Experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting.Skills and Essential Traits
