Position Overview

As the Internet Sales Manager at Ulrich Lifestyle Structures, you will lead a dynamic team of Sales Professionals in a call center environment, all committed to helping customers create unforgettable experiences by providing solutions that exceed their expectations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving individual and team performance, coaching and training team members, and ensuring that every customer interaction aligns with our Ulrich Proven Process. Your leadership and dedication to customer service will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability within your designated territory and the team you manage.

Primary Job RolesDrive the sales of lifestyle structures through the implementation of nationwide sales strategies and the Ulrich Sales Process.Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory by forecasting expected sales volumes for both new and existing products.Track performance metrics, monitor activity, and manage conversion rates to maintain sales volume.Schedule and assign tasks, monitor job results, and provide counseling and corrective action to ensure high performance within your team.Oversee all sales, marketing, and customer service activities, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.Skills & Abilities

Consistently punctual with a strong drive to exceed goals.Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.5+ years of sales experience, with a persuasive approach and comfort in asking for the sale.Excellent listening, understanding, and questioning abilities.Proficient with technology, quick typing, and efficient navigation skills.Strong focus on process requirements and detail-oriented work.Use logic and reasoning to identify the best solutions and approaches to challenges.Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.Competency in using Google Suite tools.Compensation & Benefits
