Although the Fall Associate role is temporary, your objective with us is to prove your suitability as an Associate Attorney at the firm. If you reach your goal, you will be offered a full-time position as an Associate Attorney upon admission to the California Bar!Responsibilities

You will work on interesting and challenging assignments that will help you grow your skillsetYou will research and draft legal pleadings, memoranda, discovery plans, status reports, and other documentsYou will compile, summarize, and analyze factual materialYou will propound and respond to various forms of discoveryYou will work with attorneys and paralegals on probate, trust, and conservatorship matters based on the current needs of the firmYou will demonstrate creativity, and learn to efficiently utilize relevant law practice softwareYou will gain valuable experience developing and maintaining electronic client files, databases, spreadsheets, and other files based on our project needsYou will participate in a positive team environment, and work hard to meet client objectives, deadlines, and value expectationsYou will build initial client relationships, and create a strong bond while instilling confidence in our firm with every conversationYou will handle various other duties as they are assigned to youQualifications
