The Sales Manager shall see to the implementation of all pre-agreed sales plans through direct sales solicitations, telephone inquiries, written communications, and involvement in the community. Additionally, this position will foster the culture of Uncommon Hospitality through the administration of hospitality practices.QualificationsExperience in the hospitality industry specifically in a sales positionExcellent writing skillsKnowledge of how to do the right things always- using sound judgment- even when no one is lookingSeeing opportunities where others have not- and creating opportunities others wish they'd thought of firstProficient knowledge of relevant software systems and processesStrong organizational and analytical skillsExperience with a CRM or similar email platformAbility to multi-taskMarketing knowledge a huge plusUncommon HospitalityFounded in 2015, Uncommon Hospitality is a hotel operations and development company based in Maine. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a full-time position located in Portland, Maine.
