Position Summary

We are searching for an Applications Foreman to support our growing team. You will be responsible for performing fertilizer and chemical applications at our commercial accounts in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. This role will help keep our client's lawns healthy and green.

Responsibilities

Accurately calculate and mix application rates Work with Applications Manager to acquire needed resources, equipment, and materials Operate equipment to apply chemical and fertilizer to commercial properties Routinely check and maintain equipment and vehicles under Application Manager's supervision Properly understand and interpret fertilizer and pesticide formulas Fill out application logs and other records as necessary Maintain timely work, safety meeting, and training attendance Qualifications

Current ISDA Professional Applicator's license (OH, OI), or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Track time accurately and timely by project, based on tasks and budgets Proficiency in operating all equipment and tools used on jobsite Ability to lift 50lbs and work outside all 4 seasons Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits

$500.00 sign-on bonus for fully Idaho Applicator License holders
