This is a position for a data and analytics enthusiast who wants to apply their advanced experience in a fast-paced, fluid, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. The role provides reporting and analytics support to Bass Pro Shops with a primary focus on digital commerce channels - eCommerce, Mobile App, Omni strategy, dropship, etc.
The analyst will retrieve, analyze, and summarize business, operations, customer and economic data to provide business intelligence, make recommendations and predict business outcomes. They will identify and interpret trends or patterns and prepare, both, structured reports and custom data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) to support business decisions. They will be able to effectively interpret complex business requests and translate those into relevant and actionable insights. The analyst will also demonstrate situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and a motivated sense of urgency.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or RelatedExperience: 5+ yearsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Advanced SQL, comfortable with complex data tables, and familiarity with statistical conceptsWorking knowledge of business intelligence applications and/or cloud services (e.g., Domo, PowerBI, Adobe, etc), and ability to leverage the reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors.Ability to story tell and present findings to an audience around identified trends - strong oral, written and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with business partners throughout the organizationAbility to identify and understand trends through dataDemonstrates situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and a motivated sense of urgencyRetail and eCommerce industry experience is preferredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
