Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Job RoleAssists in developing annual Sales and Product Support marketing plan for Ring Power Utility | Truck | Crane (UTC) to help sales team achieve their annual sales business plan.Plans to include a monthly calendar on planned campaigns and marketing activities by industry market segment. Works directly with sales and marketing management team to establish budget guidelines, and gains approval of costs associated with UTC marketing initiatives.Assists in developing creative strategy and messaging for campaigns, from concept to evaluation, to advertise and market UTC products and services. Assists in coordinating, planning and executing of Customer events and tradeshows as needed.Obtains initial and continuous training to better understand industries that utilize Utility Equipment, Vocational Trucks, and Cranes.Creates written, photography, and videography content for use in printed marketing materials, radio ads, print ads, sponsorship ads, and all digital marketing to include website, landing pages, YouTube, blog postings, eBlasts, and social media posts. Content should contain value messaging that resonates and supports customer needs and solutions.Works with Marketing and Sales teams to identify proper customer targets and segments for each campaign. Establishes goals and metrics for each marketing tactic. Measures lead goals.Prepares and delivers marketing presentations to sales and product support teams to educate them on marketing trends, competitive market data, and new products or campaigns.Assists with UTC news reporting, writing and proofreading for print and digital publications including employee and customer publications. Identify prospective customers for testimonial type story coverage or video capture.
