Striving for better, they never stand still - delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the worldWhat you'll ownAs a Quality Assurance Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for the following:Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments.

Works on one or more projects as a team member.

Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

Lead multiple End to End testing projects and simultaneously maintain Agile and Safe project management methodologies.

Participate in estimation meetings on testing requirements to establish test effort levels to identify test scenarios.

Ensure all planned testing is completed on-time, with the highest quality, and within budget.

Facilitate and lead automated testing efforts for one or more areas within the ecosystem.

Ensure all Quality Assurance and testing activities are conducted according to the SDLC and Agile SAFe practices.

Inputs and maintains test artifacts and updates data in test/project management tools.

Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.

Other related duties assigned as needed.

May consult with stakeholders, Tech Leads, developers, and project managers on certain projects. Position requires 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in quality assurance.Where you'll own itYou'll own it in our Cincinatti

(Hybrid 2x a week)North America:While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.What you bringMust be a self-starter, personable, approachable and willing to think outside the box looking for opportunities to streamline processes. This position entails working closely with both development and other quality assurance members to create and maintain processes measurements.

Should have strong problem resolving capabilities including brainstorming alternatives to given problem and implementing alternative solution approaches.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Expertise in SDLC & STLC phases includes - Requirements analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Estimation, Test Automation, Test Artifacts documentation, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting and Review.

Experience in API Testing using Swagger & Postman.

Experience with UI automation using Java, Selenium and TestNG

Project work exposure in Continuous Integration (CI)/CD.

Experience in Rest API automation using Java, Rest Assured and TestNG

Must exhibit strong knowledge in the concepts of software testing lifecycles and in different types of testing. (Functional, Regression, Integration and System Testing).

Strong decision-making, time management, investigation skills and data analysis.

Strong knowledge and experience with Test Automation.

Understanding and experience with testing in an Agile/Agile SAFe environment.

Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.

Experience working with tools including JIRA, Rally, Jenkins, Git etc.
