Job Title:Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation:100 Crosswinds Dr, Lititz, PA 17543Job Overview:We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestsContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concernsWork together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
QualificationsQualifications:PA State and Emission Inspector LicenseMaster diagnostic capabilitiiesCapable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehiclesPassionate about maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyaltyTeam orientedHave the skills and dedication to turn 40+ flag hours per week.Ability to quickly master factory scan tools2+ years of automotive repair experience is requiredPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer
