Carollos vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and youll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career.Responsibilities:Performing engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructureWork on engineering planning and design projectsPrepare reportsDevelop plans and specificationsPrepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projectsSystem modelingPermitting and alternatives analysisPreparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverablesData entry and analysisProvide engineering services during constructionParticipate in field activities such as pilot testing, construction phase observations, design phase field measurements, etc.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Civil, Environmental or other similar Engineering fieldMinimum academic requirements include coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineeringEngineer-in-Training CertificationApplication of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWork well in a team environmentHighly motivated, articulate, and self-startingProficient in MS Word and ExcelPreferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringFamiliarity with computer applications including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and water and sewer hydraulic calculations/modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM)
