Division Overview:Crowns Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees and teas as well as new energy drinks. Here is your chance to join the Crown Beverage Division.Crown Cork & Seals North American Beverage Packaging Division has openings for Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility located in Worland, WY.

This facility manufactures aluminum cans for the beverage industry.Location:Worland, WyomingPosition overview:Reporting directly to the shift Manufacturing Supervisor, the Printer Mechanic is responsible for the set-up, tending, and adjusting of the automatic can decorating equipment.

Qualifications:Preferred RequirementsExperience working in a high-speed manufacturing environmentCompetenciesMust be safety oriented and dedicated to fully complying with all OSHA safety rules and regulationsProven ability to prioritize effectively and excellent time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust to sudden work patterns or schedulesDemonstrated strong attention to detail, good record keeping, and precision abilities highly desirableMust be able to work 12-hour shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictateUnderstanding of machinery and equipment with the ability to do basic troubleshootingMust possess basic math skillsProven problem-solving skills and experience using analytical approaches to problemsAbility to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment using collaborative methodsMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and /or move up to 75 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
