Production Employee

Job Title: AMI Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage automated machinery in a high-volume production environment (>1000 pcs/shift).
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly as they arise.
• Perform basic adjustments and repairs using hand tools.
• Understand and work with sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures diligently for safety.
• Utilize basic computer skills for operations and documentation.
• Read and interpret instructions and complete forms and paperwork accurately.
• Operate forklifts (preferred but not required).
• Move actively around the machine and warehouse.
• Lift and move materials up to 35 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.
• Work effectively in a warehouse environment without central heating/cooling.

Qualifications:

• Experience with manufacturing operations and automated machinery.
• Background in high-volume production.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, hand tools, and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working with a team and independently.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
