Kodiak Robotics is revolutionizing ground autonomy, and we're searching for a Sr. Designer to become the visual architect of our brand. This is your chance to not only push the boundaries of graphic design, but to leave a lasting impact on an industry that's transforming the world. What you will do:
Demonstrates strong design skills through visual storytelling elements (typography, composition, layout, Illustration) with an understanding of best practices for digital and print production. Own the design execution of creative elements for digital channels (website, social media, email) and contribute creative direction and conceptual ideas for a wide range of project types. Develop visuals for presentations and other marketing collateral. Support and contribute to each phase of the design process: research, brainstorming, concepts, design layout, photo art direction, and more, where needed. Collaborate with the brand agency to ensure brand adherence in all creative executions. Maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints. Support photography and content creation as a producer - creating shot lists, managing samples, and assisting during photography or video production. What you will bring:
4+ years of graphic design experience at either an advertising agency, design studio, or in-house team. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent years of experience. Proficient in full Adobe Creative Suite, GSuite, and project management software platforms. You are a highly creative problem solver with a positive, customer-centric mindset and a passion for building scalable systems through great design. Up-to-date knowledge on current design trends and best practices. A strong online portfolio showcasing creativity, branding skills, marketing, and user-centered design solutions. Adherence to brand consistency, impeccable attention to detail, and consumer trend focus. Bigger-picture thinking as well as smaller, more detailed tasks when necessary, demonstrating humility and a willingness to delve into specifics. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling principles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus if you have experience with:

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
