Reporting to the VP of Global Quality, the Director of Supplier Quality will manage a global program that identifies and mitigates quality, delivery, and safety risks within our suppliers, crucial for protecting our customers and stakeholders. As an experienced quality leader, you will establish strategies and lead the organization in activities to ensure ongoing oversight of suppliers. This includes supplier auditing, monitoring incoming supplier quality, managing supplier quality issues with root cause determination and corrective action. You will work globally across all business units and functions to ensure resources and processes are in place to incorporate quality, delivery, and safety issue prevention and mitigation in the NPI process related to supplier-provided components. This role leads a team of senior managers and over 60 highly skilled Supplier Development and Quality Engineers.Team Management:
Develop and manage a team of supplier development and quality professionals who collaborate with product engineering, product management, manufacturing, compliance, and strategic sourcing to assess new suppliers for new development programs, ongoing manufacturing, and service activities.Rockwell Automation is an Equal Opportunity Employer Disability/Veteran.
