Posted Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 5:00 AM Executive Director – Senior Living Hillcrest Health Services is looking for an experienced and driven Executive Director for our next opening! This position is responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, and administer all services in accordance with state, federal and local regulations. The Executive Director has the ultimate responsibility for the entire fiscal, physical and operational functions of the service line. What does Hillcrest have to offer? What are the responsibilities? Implements procedures for hiring, onboarding and engagement of team members while inspiring team members to achieve better performance. Ensures the highest standard of customer service is provided within all facets of the operations. Plans, controls, and monitors complete budgeting and fiscal management including revenue and expenses. Effectively self-manages by using leadership skills such as planning, critical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and resiliency. Implements effective QAPI processes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Written policy, procedures, and workflow must reflect current practices. What do I need to be considered? Requires
at least
five years senior leadership or management experience in a CCRC, diverse senior living community or a multi-faceted larger hotel; new community start-up experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred. Master’s preferred. Active Nebraska Assisted Living Administrator license or Nursing Home Administrator license required.
